Freshservice Ticket Creation (external user) 1. Go to https://alacritysolutions.freshservice.com 2. Click “Sign Up” 3. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and personal email address. Complete the required CAPTCHA, then click “Register” 4. An activation email will be sent to your email address. Click the link in the email to complete the account activation process. 5. Confirm your First and Last name. Enter a password for your account. Click “Activate your account” At this point, you will automatically be signed into Freshservice. You can now submit a ticket buy going to https://alacritysolutions.freshservice.com and clicking "Submit a Service Desk ticket".

**If you do not have an alacritysolutions.com email address, click here to get started: Freshservice Ticket Creation (external user) 1. Go to https://alacritysolutions.freshservice.com . Click “Login” in the top-right corner. 2. Click “Sign in with SSO”. Sign in with your AlacritySolutions.com email address and password. 3. Once signed in, select the card "Submit a Support Ticket": 4. You will now see the ticket submission screen. From here, select the Line of Business that best corresponds with your home office, and continue to fill out all required fields: 5. Once the form is completed, click “Submit”
