2. Click “Sign Up”
3. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and personal email address. Complete the required CAPTCHA, then click “Register”
4. An activation email will be sent to your email address. Click the link in the email to complete the account activation process.
5. Confirm your First and Last name. Enter a password for your account. Click “Activate your account”
At this point, you will automatically be signed into Freshservice. You can now submit a ticket buy going to https://alacritysolutions.freshservice.com and clicking "Submit a Service Desk ticket".
