Freshservice Ticket Creation (internal user)

1. Go to https://alacritysolutions.freshservice.com . Click “Login” in the top-right corner.
2. Click “Sign in with SSO”. Sign in with your AlacritySolutions.com email address and password.
3. Once signed in, select the card "Submit a Support Ticket":
4. You will now see the ticket submission screen. From here, select the Line of Business that best corresponds with your home office, and continue to fill out all required fields:
5. Once the form is completed, click “Submit”
