Employee Offboarding
When offboarding an employee we have an SLA of 15 minutes from when the end time is.
- Sign onto your preferred Jump Box
- Open Active Directory Users and Computers
- Find the User in the THD folder
- Right Click the User > Disable Account
- Open the User
- Under Telephones > Notes add an archive date 3 months from today.

- On the ticket there will be a person to forward all calls and emails to.
- Open Office365 admin
- Search and pull up the User.
- Mail > Manage email forwarding

- Check forward all emails sent to this mailbox.
- Fill in where the emails are going.
- hit save

- Sign into Zoom at https://zoom.com/signin
- Go To Phone System Management > Users & Rooms
- Search the user. You may need to search by their email address.
- Note the number down, then unassign it.
- Search the user that is supposed to be receiving calls.
- Assign the number to that user. We do this since zooms backend forwarding is abysmal.
- Open Talon Pro at https://workflow.thdmail.net:8088/
- Sign into your account.
- On the left scroll down to Master Settings.

- Click on Users.
- Search for the user you are offboarding.
- Click on the User
- Uncheck everything, then check past employee.
- Make sure all permissions, active, and allow back dating are not checked except for Past Employee
- Save
All done, HR will coordinate equipment return.
