OST File is Corrupted or Full
If your Outlook is giving you an error that you can't send emails due to your OST file being full please do the following.
- Check if your file is actually full in File > Info

- If the amount used is >= 50GB, you are full. Please add a screenshot similar to the above to your ticket and we will create an archive for you. You will need to delete some old emails to get back to work immediately
- If the amount used is < 50GB, you have a corrupted OST file. Please do the below
- Close Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint if any are open.
- Open Control Panel
- Change the display type to Large Icons in the top left corner
- Click on Mail (Microsoft Outlook). The buttons are in alphabetical order
- Click on Show Profiles
- Click Remove
- Click Add
- Name it whatever you want.
- It should automatically find your account
- Click Next
- Check the Change Account Settings Box then click Next
- Set the slider to 3 months
- Un-check the Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too if checked, then click finish.
- Re-Open outlook. This will take a little while and then it will start to download your emails to your computer.
That's it, once finished its all done.
